Finalmente de volta à grelha...uma corrida dificil, andamento quase sempre condicionado mas....P23 no fim !! Deixo aqui o report da corrida (a hotlap vai demorar uns dias).
"First of all, congratz to the podium and the awesome race the top4 did!!
Qualify: Again i had a .5 optimal, a .8 of best lap and when i did the qualify, 28.4...was not perfect but it was almost enough to secure the position in the race. When i started the second lap, my thought was to do a low 28 and was gaining 0.4 but on the spoon i missed the second apex and lost that time...P29 for the race was not what i wanted but was the best i achieved.
Race: Choosed to start from the grid and the first couple of laps were a nightmare to avoid any kind of problems. After that i tought my car was good in the dirty air, but clearly was not so my laptimes were not what they should be. The pitstop had everything to go normal, but i moved the fuel button and putted more fuel than needed. From that time, it was a matter of bringing the car to the finish line, and i got scared by narumi spin at 130R. P23 its not great, altough its not that bad, so lets continue working for the next one.

Report da corrida de hoje..
"iRacing World Championship Grand Prix Series Round 5 - Phillip Island
Qualify: I was aiming a 6.5 in the laps and i managed to do it, P23 was not that bad for the race.
Race: Race start went ok, then i had to be carefull on the first laps because some guys were outside, inside, and it was difficult to drive around the field so i let them pass to form a train. When it was good i start gaining some positions and i made a mistake when i overtook Matthias because it was not the way i wanted to overtake and with the lock brakes i was forced to push him into the grass, which i am very sorry. After that made a mistake in the pitstop, entering the pits which cost me 4 places and after that lost a position when in that sector was a yellow flag...but its racing. P21 is not great, but its not bad too and i can't blame.
Congratz to the podium, Greger for another victory.

É com muita pena que anuncio que durante este ano irei apenas participar numa ou outra prova do mundial, deixando neste momento o mundial por completo. Muitas foram as razões que pesaram a tomar esta decisão, mas infelizmente teve que ser tomada. Não excluo neste momento tentar nova qualificação para o ano que vem, através da PRO SERIES, mas para isso teria que haver um conjunto de fatores diferente do que há atualmente para continuar. Foi um longo caminho (que alguns de vocês sabem ao que obrigou a nível de esforço, de muitas vezes dizer que não a determinadas situações) em que me orgulho de ter participado, tanto com as cores nacionais, como com os patrocinadores que me apoiaram e continuam a fazê-lo de maneira exemplar. Não vou deixar o simracing e por cá continuarei, apenas de maneira menos presente e mais distante...

Este ano não estava a ser fácil. Mas é como o Rui escreve "a vida continua"!
Agora, com os conhecimentos que adquiriste, anda lá... junta-te aqui à malta e faz lá de "simprofessor" 
Não deites a toalha ao chão, que para o ano há mais! (Se não houver ainda este ano)

O ano não estava a ser fácil e só me dava mais alento para continuar, mas infelizmente houve um conjunto de situações que "obrigaram" a tomar esta decisão.
Não me importo nada de ajudar o pessoal no que quer que seja, aliás, as comunidades servem para isso mesmo!!
Desistir nunca, e para o ano que vem logo se vê...O objectivo que me propus inicialmente foi cumprido, por isso logo se vê o que por ai vem

A pedido de algumas famílias no iRacing, vou disputar a PRO SERIES deste ano para tentar estar no mundial novamente no ano que vem...
Posso dizer desde já que não vai ser pela Twister, pois essa acabou com a parte de iRacing, por isso veremos as cores depois, há algumas negociações a decorrer, mas para já não posso ainda adiantar nada ...
Mas que estou de volta e quero ficar, lá isso quero....
