G25 Problema
#6
Sim ,tem a ver com o "motor encoder wheel".
Tens aqui exposto em ingles:

"I started encountering an issue with my G25 wheel recently and wondered if anyone else has had a similar problem. If the wheel is turned to the extreme ends of movement and allowed to center itself, it centers around 5-10 degrees from the previous centerpoint repeating this means that the wheel would end up centered against one of the endstops limiting turns to one direction only.

My wheel started performing like this and belive me there is nothing more annoying than driving a flappy paddle car when the paddles don't line up with your hands. There is good news though.... I HAVE A SOLUTION!!

Being an engineer I decided to delve in with the tools( It IS broke so I WILL fix it!!!!!!). The problem is caused by the wheel encoder inside the wheel itself. There are two motors inside the wheel and the encoder is under a black cover on the left motor. I think that moving the wheel around or even in transit being delivered, the encoder wheel( a little black disc on the motor shaft with little spaces on it and VERY fragile, similar to a standard ball mouse sensor) moves on the shaft and starts to catch on the small PCB also mounted in there. The solution is to recentre the wheel in the gap and all should be well. The problem is also apparent when rapidly moving the wheel from side to side as the encoder doesn't rotate with the shaft due to this problem. I have repositioned the wheel and reassembled the wheel and this appears to work.

One word of warning. Stripping the wheel is a fiddly and delicate job. I recommend only performing this check providing you have extensive knowledge of what to do as there are a couple of fiddly and easily damaged cables you encounter during the disassembly."

Resumindo.....tem solução apesar de não ser fácil pelos vistos.
