The track will be known few minutes before the qualification start (approx. 17:25 UTC).
The same thing with joining server mid race stays from the previous race:
You won't be able to join the server after the qualify finish, if you are late. It is done to prevent lags caused by connecting players. But if you still want to join second race - you can do it after the finish of the first race and before the start of the second. It will be about 18:40-18:50 UTC.

And, yes, don't forget that this race will be on Apex Cup server.
