O jogo nao reconhece os tempos online no sitio certo sim.
O patch deve resolver.

It's come from GTL full game 1.00 (laps online seems to be written on wrong tracks) So times doesn't match track name.

It should be solved in first GTL update(confirmed by GTL developpers)
So for now, remove laps that's are far below reference (like 0:59 in spa :) )

Hope GTL update will come soon (I hope this week for GTL release in UK)
