Depois de andar a tentar encontrar servidores que não aparecem, andei à procura de informação, e parece que o rFactor limita a listagem a 100 servidores, e por isso não aparecem todos, se forem mais de 100!
Fica aqui o que se pode fazer para mudar isso:

open up the multiplayer.ini file
search for the following line
Concurrent Server Updates="100"
Change the number 100 or what ever you have (I think 100 is default) and bump that number up to 1000 or more
open up your multiplayer.ini file for your profile.
Find line
Game List Sort Method="1" // 0=Sort by name, 1=Sort by ping, 2=Sort by circuit, 3=Sort by players
Change the "1" to a "4"....
