6 Horas de Le Mans

É de facto lamentável a perda de interesse por este evento. Mas ao contrário do que está dito no post (indevidamente encerrado) que faz o comunicado, a perda de interesse não foi dos pilotos, foi da "organização". Elaboraram um regulamento e um calendário, tudo com muita antecedência, tudo muito profissional, e depois... Depois a montanha pariu um rato.

Houve adesão inicial, mas à medida que as datas se aproximavam e não havia da parte da "organização" quaisquer esclarecimentos ou indicações sobre a realização do evento, os pilotos foram perdendo o interesse. Não seria de esperar outra coisa. "Vão treinando, treinem muito!", foi o que a "organização" teve para dizer. O que é que esperavam? Que os cordeirinhos ficassem à espera da ordem do pastor? Vir uns meses depois com umas "Fun Races" já não remediou o que estava definitivamente estragado.

O mais lamentável disto tudo, foi a oportunidade de ouro que se perdeu. Poderia ter sido um evento notável, capaz de reunir dezenas de pilotos de diversos simuladores, capaz mesmo de ser a porta de entrada no mundo dos simuladores para muitos pilotos. Tudo isto foi desperdiçado.

Espero que este falhanço não venha a comprometer futuras iniciativas do género. O evento é viável, o rFactor parece o simulador mais adequado, mas será necessária uma organização à altura.

3 Horas de Le Mans

Levando em conta o nivel de adesão às Fun Races e a falta de interesse de pilotos e equipas na participação nesta prova (inicialmente em formato 6 horas e, actualmente, em formato 3 horas), decidiu a organização da mesma, cancela-la definitivamente.

Fica desde já agendada, nova proposta, em formato identico mas, a realizar utilizando o rFactor e um dos seus mod's (eventualmente, Prototype C ou ALMS).

Eventos de preparação para a prova de Le Mans.

Brevemente, serão disponibilizados o IP do servidor e password, bem como links para o download das pistas extra instalação do GTP.

O acesso às provas é livre não sendo necessária inscrição nem a utilização de carpack especifico, salvo quando assim for indicado.

A prova final, a disputar em Le Mans, irá ser objecto de algumas alterações quanto ao formato inicialmente proposto. Em breve será disponibilizada informação a esse respeito.

As pistas devem ser colocadas na pasta TracksD da instalação do GTP. A versão de Le Mans, já inclui o ini específico.

Adiamaneto da prova

Em virtude, principalmente da falta de tempo para testar tudo convenientemente, assegurando o normal desenrolar da prova e, porque as equipas participates merecem um trabalho condigno, decidiu a R4, adiar a realização das 6 Horas de Le Mans.

Em função do desenvolvimento dos testes, que se espera terem conclusão brevemente, serão marcadas, tal como inicialmente previsto, algumas Fun Races, para a preparação da prova que, será disputada, em prncipio, no final de Janeiro, em data a anunciar.

Entretanto, foi conseguido mais um apoio e, teremos uma série de miniaturas automóveis, alusivas a Le mans (como podem comprovar aqui em baixo) para distribuir pelas equipas 2ª classificadas em cada uma das classes em prova.

Como o nome indica,ando à procura de uma equipa que me queira recrutar ou de alguns pilotos que queiram formar uma equipa para as 6 Horas de Le Mans.

Caso seja necessário formar uma nova equipa,é necessário também um pintor (ou um piloto com jeito pra isso) para criar a skin da equipa.

Este regulamento, descreve as regras das 3h du Mans | ECP prova on-line de resistência que utilizará o mod RedLine GTP para o Nascar Racing 2003 da Papyrus. Terá lugar nos dias 23, 24 e 25 de Março de 2007.
Qualquer piloto\equipa que participar nesta prova terá de se reger por estas regras.

Nome da Prova: 3h de Le Mans | ECP

Inscrição: No fórum, em local a designar, deve colocar um post com os dados da equipa (nome da equipa e do Director de Equipa) e um e-mail para erre4@graffiti.net, o email, com assunto GTP, deverá ser enviado pelo Director de Equipa, para ficar na lista de contactos.
Está inscrição dará direito a participar em todos os testes oficiais que a R4 vai realizar.

Condições gerais
Todos os elementos que de alguma forma participam neste evento terão de se reger por estas regras;
-Em nenhum momento haverá um Director de Equipa a inscrever um carro ou uma equipa apenas para preencher a lista de inscritos.
-Todas as equipas devem testar o suficiente para adquirirem setups adequados ao seu protótipo e à duração da prova.
-Aceitar que algumas equipas são mais rápidas do que a sua, permite que todas possam participar na mesma prova.
-Aceitar que algumas equipas não são tão rápidas quanto a sua, permite que todas possam participar na mesma prova
-Ter em mente que a prova é longa e que não se ganha nas primeiras curvas, mas são perdidas frequentemente nessa fase.

1.Direcção da Prova/Moderação: Os incidentes deverão ser relatados da seguinte forma:
Entrar na Sala de Reuniões que vai estar disponível no TS, o Director de Equipa informa, as equipas envolvidas no incidente e a volta, só depois do CCD acusar a recepção de pedido de análise do incidente é que a equipa pode considerar terminada o seu pedido de análise..
Logo que o CCD tome uma decisão sobre o incidente informará o Director da equipa via chat\ts
Na Sala de Reuniões no TS, só poderão estar os directores de equipa com assuntos pendentes.
O CCD reserva-se o direito de penalizar equipas por condução anti-desportiva ou desrespeito das regras, mesmo que não tenha sido pedido nenhuma análise do incidente ao CCD por outra equipa

1a. O Chat "in-game" só deverá ser usado pelo CCD para controlar a prova e informar das penalizações.
Será proibido qualquer tipo de discussão no chat.
Na primeira infracção, a equipa será punida, com um drive through, a segunda infracção será punida com stop and go, a terceira com desqualificação

2. Números de Competição e Skins
2.a. As skins são obrigatórias, ficando as equipas com a obrigatoriedade de na skin, não mexerem na posição dos números que vem nas templates e de utilizarem, na asa traseira, uma cor obrigatória para cada classe, como também inscrever na asa o nome da equipa.
Cor das asas:
GTP1 - preto
GTP2 vermelho
GTP3 - amarelo

2.b. Na denominação da equipa/player, no first name devera colocar numero A, B ou C se o carro for da categoria GTP1, GTP2 ou GTP3, no last name o nome da equipa.
2.c No caso da mesma equipa dispor de vários carros, o campo last name, deverá ter o nome da equipa_# (sendo #, um numero de 1 a 9)
2.d É expressamente proibida a publicidade a empresas reais sem acordos celebrados com as mesmas. Caso existam, o director de equipa deve fazer prova da existência dos mesmos.
2.e As skins podem ser vetadas, se a R4 julgar inapropriado o seu conteúdo
A atribuição dos números é feita pela organização e colocada na skin pela organização.
O prazo limite para a entrega das skins é dia 20 de Março.

3. Equipa: Uma equipa será composta por 2 elementos (nem mais nem menos)
Cada equipa tem de nomear um Director de Equipa; vai ser esse elemento que vai inscrever a equipa via e-mail; qualquer assunto relacionado com a prova será apenas tratado com os Directores de equipa.

O Director de Equipa pode ser piloto de um carro

3a. Até 18 de Março as equipas terão de definir os seus pilotos.

3b. Durante a prova, no caso de um dos carros de uma equipa desistir, um dos pilotos desse carro, pode substituir um piloto em outro carro da mesma equipa.
Essa alteração deve ser comunicada no tópico das mudanças de piloto, sob o titulo substituição de piloto

4. Troca de Pilotos: As trocas de pilotos somente podem ocorrer, com o carro na boxe e entre os pilotos nomeados pelo Director da Equipa.
A direcção da prova deverá ser informada via dessa troca no fórum SRP, em tópico apropriado.

4a. Desconexão real do jogo. Todas as equipas devem obedecer a esta regra, se uma equipa estiver em uma instalação de router, wi fi etc., tem de sair do jogo, primeiro, estando nas boxes, depois, usando o kill_nr2003.
Os discos são monitorizados, por isso qualquer tentativa de fraude será punida com desclassificação.

4b. A troca de pilotos deverá ser informada, pelo piloto a entrar em prova no fórum SRP, em tópico apropriado.
Por cada troca não informada, a equipa sofrerá um stop and go.
O post, deve conter nome da equipa, o piloto que sai e o que entra e a hora (aproximada) da troca de pilotos.

4c. Procedimento para a troca de pilotos.
Todos os pilotos da mesma equipa, devem usar o mesmo player, de modo a que o Nascar 2003 aceite a retoma da ligação e seja enganado com uma troca de pilotos.

1- O piloto XX da equipa ZZZ comunica via TeamSpeak, com o piloto que o vai substituir, indicando quando irá fazer a sua paragem, nas boxes, para a mudança de piloto.

2. O piloto YY, que vai substituir o piloto XX, comunica no fórum a substituição.

3. O piloto XX, após parar nas boxes, minimiza o Nascar 2003, através das teclas <ALT>+<ESC> e, corre o programa kill_nascar2003, que fecha, de forma rápida, o Nascar 2003/GTP. Este piloto deve comunicar ao piloto YY, via TeamSpeak, que desligou o Nascar 2003 e que ele se encontra livre para fazer a ligação ao servidor,

4. Se o piloto XX, para sair do Nascar 2003/GTP usar a tecla <ESC> e escolher a opção RETIRE , estará, na verdade, a desistir da prova.

5. Disciplina & segurança gerais Os pilotos devem respeitar o traçado do circuito que é delimitado pelas linhas brancas e amarelas.
Esta prova depende dos pilotos, do seu civismo, do respeito pelos outros; todos os actos considerados grosseiros serão severamente penalizados.
A R4 não tolera situações de faltas de respeito, de civismo e tudo o que for anti-desportivo
Para além da desqualificação da prova, a R4 poderá vetar a sua participação em eventos futuros.

6. Conduta em Pista : O piloto deve ter a condução mais limpa possível e ter a percepção dos seus limites, para não colocar em perigo os restantes carros que estão a rodar perto dele.

6a. Durante a Prova um carro sozinho na pista pode usar toda a largura da mesma.
Um concorrente ao ser dobrado, deve facilitar ao máximo a ultrapassagem, e nunca deliberadamente dificultar a ultrapassagem, pondo em perigo a sua corrida e a do piloto que o está a dobrar.
Facilitar no máximo a ultrapassagem não é parar rapidamente o carro, é sim dosear a velocidade e dar um dos lados da pista para o carro mais rápido passar.

6b. Piloto a desdobrar: Devido à natureza da prova ser de resistência/troca de pilotos, esta produzirá certamente situações onde o carro mais rápido está atrasado na classificação, nestas situações deve o piloto que rola à frente dele facilitar a passagem, pois o piloto que agora está ao volante pode ser mais rápido, pode estar com o carro menos danificado e pode ter pneus mais frescos que o seu, por isso é do interesse de todos que tenham os mesmos cuidados que referidos em 6a.
Estando mais rápido também corre mais riscos de ter uma saída de pista e assim podem voltar a passá-lo, mas pelo menos garantem que não houve um incidente entre os dois, que prejudicaria a prova de ambos.

6c. Cada equipa terá de fazer no mínimo 2 discos,.

6d. Penalidades: Se uma equipa não realizar o número mínimo de discos será desqualificada.

6f. Limite de velocidade da pista na boxe: 50 mph, as penalizações impostas pelo próprio jogo

6g. Stop & go: será feito no fim das boxes, mesmo antes de entrar em pista, a partir do momento que o carro fica imobilizado, só voltará a sair dessa posição após ordem do CCD.

7. Parar\Recomeçar a prova: Se o server cair com menos de 1h30 de prova ou se na 1ª volta mais de 50% tiver disco

7a. Se o server cair com menos de 1h30 o recomeço da prova só será feito com o tempo que faltava para concluir as 6h; as voltas da segunda manga serão somadas às da primeira.

7b. Só haverá um restart, se houver novo problema com o server a prova será dada por terminada ou será marcada nova data. (o tempo suficiente para se perceber porque falhou o server e de solucionar o problema).

8. Desistir: Se o carro ficar irremediavelmente impossibilitado de continuar em prova, o piloto deve carregar Esc e seleccionar Retire, nunca em momento algum um carro nestas condições deve ficar na pista.

9. Penalizações do Jogo. As penalizações dadas pelo jogo, são da sua exclusiva responsabilidade e são soberanas; o CCD não irá em caso algum mudar uma decisão imposta pelo jogo.

10 Todos os pilotos deverão ter TS e modo de usufruir dele (microfone),.
Haverá no TS uma sala de reuniões onde só os Directores de equipa terão acesso.

11. As regras do presente regulamento, aplicar-se-ão em todas as fases das 3h du Mans | ECP. Ou seja: testes, qualificação e prova.
A R4 reserva-se o direito de aplicar sanções por incumprimento destas normas, que poderão ter repercussão na própria prova,
