1.0.0.5 Patch is being made available soon, tomorrow at the latest
Changelog:
Added spectator and joining messages to dedicated server player list.
Fixed kicking of loading / joining players. ( Not allowed )
WTCC Tyre updates (increased wear)
Enabled Rolling Starts
Russian Localisation fixes
General AI Tweaks
General Multiplayer synchronization fixes.
Fixed timing on dual core processors ( flicker fix on some computers )
Fixed Radical SR4 Mirrors in multiplayer.
Fixed driving aids on / off issues
Fixed missing / corrupted replays from dedicated server
Fixed bug where player was stuck in menu when qualify ran out
Fixed lap times in timing screen (right click on a driver)
Players get DNF if not joined multiplayer race in time
Added reload custom skin support
Fixed collision on porto around pit area
Car input is now disabled in waiting stage of multiplayer games
Last change needs bit of explaining. Now players don't have control of the car in multiplayer games before startlights, only when all the clients have joined the grid control is given.

Offline version will get patch(es) too and those will be downloadable installers. However due to Steam being much easier to patch the game, offline version will get patch later and that will be more complete patch with more fixes included. Impossible to say exact date but offline version will get patch(es) too in not too distant future
Eventually both versions will have the same content
If you install both versions Steam patches only apply to Steam version, offline version will get more complete patch later on. Offline version patch is going to be downloadable installer.
