Desta vez mais de metade concluiram-na e julgo não ter havido "discos", logo foi uma boa prova. Parabens ao Toni e Mota que não deram chance e ao Filipe que se estreou bem.:clap::clap: Os treinos para Nurb proporcionaram-me novo PB mas nos ultimos dias mudei consideravelmente as minhas condições de corrida (cadeira, posição, etc) e o corpo ainda não voltou a adaptar-se. Nas duas primeiras voltas fiz muita asneirada também provocada pelo recente calor e mãos suadas mas depois lá me ajeitei e andei sem grandes erros. Acabei por justificar o ultimo lugar do podium :3a: O Rogério está de volta e esperemos que outros fugitivos façam a sua reentrada na proxima prova.
