Snetterton for netKar PRO released!
With the second out of three track releases, Lastplace-racing is proud to announce the public release of Snetterton track for netKar Pro.
Snetterton originally started off life as an airfield in the Second World War. The airfield was opened in May 1943 and closed down in November 1948. Because Snetterton's origin is airfield related, most of the lap is spent at full throttle.

In the '90s the track was rebuilt to it´s current length. The Russell chicane was added to improve safety at the pitlane entrance, but ironically is the source of the most racing incidents today.
Currently the track is used in all sorts of events. On track there is a racing school available and lots of competitions like the BTCC, Radical and Brittish Superbikes.

Snetterton also holds the unique record of having staged the longest race to have been held on a permanent circuit anywhere in the world - the 1989 25-hour Willhire event.
